The basics
What is a mono carton?
A mono carton is a single-layer folding box made from paperboard. It is printed, die-cut and creased flat, then folded and glued so it ships flat and is assembled when you pack. It is the box your medicine strip, face cream, tea or agarbatti sits in on the shelf.
Because it is printed on an offset press, a mono carton gives sharp text, close colour matching and room for finishes like foil and spot UV, at a much lower cost per piece than a rigid box.

What is the minimum order for mono cartons?
3,000 printed sheets per order. That works out to about 30,000 mono cartons or 3,000 shirt boxes, depending on the box size.
How long does a mono carton order take?
10–15 days after you approve the proof, depending on finishes and quantity.
Which board do you use?
Duplex board for most cartons, FBB for cosmetics and premium packs, food-grade board for bakery and sweets, and e-flute for mailers. We suggest the right GSM for your product weight.
Can you match a Pantone colour?
Yes. We colour-match on our offset press to your Pantone reference and share a proof for approval before the full run.
Do you design the carton structure and artwork?
Yes. We prepare the dieline and artwork from your logo and product details, and send a PDF proof to approve.
Do you deliver outside Bangalore?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Bangalore and send orders across India by transport.
